AI replies and moderation
AI replies help you answer buyer reviews, questions and chat messages.
Enabling replies
Auto-replies are enabled with the toggles on this page or in the Automation block on the Overview.
Replies are available:
- to reviews;
- to questions;
- in chats.
Manual approval
If manual approval is enabled, AI replies are not sent immediately. They go to the moderation queue.
In the queue you can:
- Open a reply.
- Edit the text.
- Click "Approve & send" to send the reply to WB.
- Or click "Reject".
⚠️ After approval the reply goes to WB. Check the text before it reaches the buyer.
Statistics and history
The page shows reply statistics for today and for all time.
A list of recent replies with their statuses is also available.
