Settings, stores and team

This section gathers account settings, connected stores and the store team.

Settings

The settings include:

• the "Telegram bot" card for linking via a code;
• the store summary;
• the General tab;
• the API keys tab;
• a link to the Automation summary on the Overview.

The General tab specifies:

• the tax system: USN6, USN15 or OSN;
• the fulfillment model: FBS, DBS, FBW or Express.

On the API keys tab you can replace the WB key.

⚠️ Replacing the API key affects the service's access to the store's data and actions. Use a key with the required access categories.

The auto-feature toggles live in their own sections, and their overall summary is the Automation block on the Overview.

Stores

The Stores page lists your stores with their product counts.

Here you can:

1. Add a new store with a WB API key.
2. Switch the active store.

Team

You can invite employees to a store.

Available roles:

• member — view access;
• administrator — manages settings and campaigns.
