Parus Warehouse

Parus Warehouse is a separate app for running your own warehouse or fulfilment operation. It opens with the "Parus Warehouse" button in the top bar of the portal, and the "Back to pseller" link takes you back.

What's in it

• Work: a dashboard with today's tasks and client requests.
• Operations: inbound acceptance, FBS assembly, FBO supplies, DBS orders, waybills and stocktaking.
• Catalog: products, kit assembly, labels and marking codes (DataMatrix, Chestny Znak).
• Warehouse: clients, warehouses, bins, boxes and stock.
• Finance: charges for warehouse services and a cost calculator.

Where to start

1. Open "Items" and click "Import from WB cards" to bring in your store's catalogue. You can also add a product manually.
2. Set up a warehouse and bins in the "Warehouse" section.
3. Accept your first supply through "Receiving".

If your product requires marking under Chestny Znak, upload the codes in the "Marking codes" section: by scanner or by file.

Labels

In the "Labels" section, choose what to print and download the PDF. The print history is kept below.
