WB requirements for a product label
- One visible barcode per item, matching the card and the shipment. Cover any factory barcode under the packaging.
- Any barcode format works, WB recommends Code 128. A code starting with zero must be Code 128: EAN-13 drops the zero.
- Barcode up to 30 characters without spaces; the card holds only the characters under the bars.
- Name up to 48 characters, SKU up to 22, color up to 24 in Cyrillic, size up to 18, extra up to 54. Color and size in Russian for apparel and shoes.
- 18+ items carry a barcode only, no name or attributes. No retail price tag on the item.
- Marked goods also carry a 22×22 mm Chestny Znak DataMatrix next to the barcode, not above or below it. Printed from Parus Warehouse.

Which printer you need
Any thermal label printer for a 58 mm roll at 203 dpi works: the roll PDF prints page by page, one label per sticker. Without a thermal printer, print the A4 format on self-adhesive paper and cut along the dashed lines.
Popular models among WB sellers: Xprinter XP-365B, Xprinter XP-420B, TSC TE200, Godex G500, Zebra ZD220. Consumables: 58×40 mm thermal labels on a roll, 58×60 or 30×30 for marking codes.
- 1.In the printer driver set the label size, for example 58×40 mm, and the gap sensor between stickers.
- 2.Open the PDF and print at 100 % scale, without “fit to page”.
- 3.Check the first label with a scanner or phone camera: the barcode must read on the first try.
- 4.If the code is shifted, calibrate the roll in the driver instead of moving margins in the file.
Compatibility is by file format. If your printer behaves differently, write to support and we will add a setting.
