WMS for fulfillment: warehouse, WB shipments and client acts
Parus Warehouse runs a fulfillment warehouse from receiving to shipping to Wildberries. Each client's goods are tracked separately, and receiving, storage and shipments turn into charges and a monthly act on their own.
You do not need your own Wildberries store: the warehouse works without a WB key. The first 14 days are free, no card needed, then from 1,990 ₽ a month.
What Parus Warehouse does
Scan-based receiving
Paste the delivery list from Excel and scan items one by one. The screen shows what is missing and what came extra.
Cells and boxes
Cells are created as a range, labels print on a 58×40 thermal printer. A box keeps its own location, and its contents move with it.
FBS, FBO and DBS shipments
FBS orders come from WB, picking goes by scan, stickers and the supply print from the document. FBO is packed box by box with a packing list.
Blind stocktaking
The storekeeper counts a cell without seeing the plan. Differences appear after the count and apply with one button.
Clients and stock
Each client's goods sit on that client's stock. You see how many units each client has and in which cells.
Charges and a monthly act
Receiving, storage in unit-days, FBS assembly and FBO boxes are charged by your price list. One-off services and payments are entered by hand, the act prints as PDF.
Honest Sign
DataMatrix codes are scanned on receiving and picking, and a code file exports for the Honest Sign personal account.
Kits
A set of several items is assembled and taken apart in the warehouse, and components are written off automatically.

Create a receiving, scan the goods and post the document. Stock and charges appear on their own.

The price depends only on how many clients you serve. Every warehouse feature is in every plan. WB sellers get the warehouse in their pseller plan.

Do I need my own Wildberries store?
No. The warehouse works without a WB key. You only need a key to get FBS and DBS orders from WB straight into Parus Warehouse.
How much does it cost?
For fulfillment operators without their own WB store: 1,990 ₽ a month for up to 5 clients, 3,990 ₽ for up to 20, 6,990 ₽ for up to 50. 10% off for half a year, 20% off for a year. The first 14 days are free with no card. WB sellers get the warehouse in their pseller plan at no extra cost.
How are client charges calculated?
From warehouse documents: units received, storage as the balance at the end of each day, FBS orders assembled and FBO boxes shipped, multiplied by your price list. A client can have its own price.
What equipment do I need?
A barcode scanner that works as a keyboard and a 58×40 label thermal printer. You can work from a computer or a phone.
Can I ship to Wildberries warehouses by FBO?
Yes. The shipment is packed box by box, a packing list and a waybill print, and the WB supply number goes into the document.
What about Honest Sign marking?
Codes are scanned on receiving and picking and stored per item. A code file exports for upload to the Honest Sign personal account.
