When a Wildberries seller gets the money: 16–25 days after the end of the sales week and no later than 30 days from the sale itself. The week closes on Sunday, the report arrives on Monday, after 14 days it counts as approved, the next day you file a request of at least 500 ₽, and WB has 7 working days to transfer. A sale on 9 September: report 14 September, request 28 September, money no later than 7 October. Work out your own date in the calculator below; if the deadline has passed, that is a delay, and the steps are in the article.

The file lists every sales week from September to December: when WB owes you the report, when the report counts as approved, from which day you can file a request, and by what date the money has to be in your account. The second sheet does the same for a single sale date. Every deadline comes from the WB offer agreement as amended on 17 August 2026, and the formulas are open.
The question "where is my money" is not a beginner's question in 2026. First WB added two weeks of waiting in March, then it rebuilt the scheme on 20 July, and in August sellers complained about transfers that missed the deadline. Below is the mechanics clause by clause, the three regimes of the year on one chart, and the signs that separate a delay from the norm.
In short: sales close with the week, the report arrives on Monday, 14 days later it counts as approved, then you file a request and WB has 7 working days to transfer. From the end of the week to the money is 16–25 days, from the first sale of the week no more than 30, the cap set by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). A request under 500 ₽ will not go through.
How much of that payout stays as profit after logistics, advertising and tax is shown by the Wildberries profit calculator: price, cost and buyout rate, the rest fills in by itself.
How many days until the money arrives from Wildberries: calculator by sale date
Enter the buyout day and the calculator lays out the cycle by offer clauses: week end, report, approval, request and the transfer deadline with holidays. If the deadline is later than 30 days from the sale it is highlighted: that is already a reason for a ticket.

No money from Wildberries: what is happening in September 2026
Updated 12 September 2026. If you opened this article because your withdrawal request has been hanging for a second week, you are not alone. On 1 September Frank Media wrote about sellers who pressed "Withdraw" on 17 August and saw no money by the start of September. Under the offer agreement WB has seven working days to transfer, so for a request filed on 17 August the deadline ran out on 26 August. On the same day, 1 September, sellers staged a protest in the "WB Partners" chat: the same message demanding to know on what grounds the platform is holding the money, posted hundreds of times in a row (ASTRA).
The story then reached the government. On 10 September Kommersant reported a letter from the Marketplace Sellers Union to the prime minister: by the union's estimate sellers cannot get about 20 billion ₽ for a single settlement week, 27 July to 2 August, and 95.6% of almost 2,000 sellers surveyed had not received their payouts. The union asks that the FAS assess the platform's actions and that the tax service account for sellers' cash gaps. WB again blames DDoS attacks on the Seller Balance system and says the money is safe. For you it means one thing: the offer deadline has not changed, a ticket and a claim remain the only tools, and the company's "three days" are not worth waiting for.
WB admitted the delay. A company representative told RBC that after the DDoS attacks on the "Seller balance" service the protective mechanisms suspend part of the money transfer operations, that sellers' funds are safe, that most sellers have already been paid and the rest were promised a transfer within three days (write-up by ecomhub, 2 September). Those three days passed long ago. In September Secrets, the business outlet of T-Bank, collected fresh complaints: some sellers still have no money. The "Withdraw now" service is unavailable in the meantime, although in spring, on Tochka Sverki data, a third of the sellers in its sample were paying for the speed-up.
What you do about it. Count your own deadline: the day of the request plus seven working days, and there are no public holidays in September. While that deadline stands, this is not a delay but the offer agreement, and there is nothing to argue about. Once it passes, the payment is overdue, and the order of actions is in the section on the signs of a delay below: a ticket with the request number and the amount, then a formal claim citing clause 5.7. Do not count on the "Withdraw now" button as a rescue: 4.3% for a couple of weeks is more than 100% a year, and a short bank overdraft is cheaper. And work out how much of your money is sitting in the cycle right now, a figure the section on frozen money gives you.
How the Wildberries payout cycle works under the offer agreement
The settlement procedure is set out in section 5 of the WB offer agreement, current version dated 17 August 2026. Four clauses define the whole schedule:
- The report (clause 5.5). The reporting period is a calendar week. WB provides the sales report within 7 calendar days of that week ending. Our data shows that all 62 reports of one store from February to August were generated the next day, on Monday, never later.
- Approval (clause 5.6). 14 calendar days from the day after the week ends are given for reasoned objections. No objections means the report is approved by both parties.
- Request and transfer (clause 5.7). From the moment of approval the seller may claim the money, and WB transfers it no later than 7 working days from the date of the request in the seller portal. The request cannot be under 500 ₽. Payouts without requests can be switched on.
- Balance (clause 5.8). The amount available for payout is shown in the seller portal and updates daily, with deductions taken into account.
Take the week of 7 to 13 September 2026: the report on 14 September, approved on 27 September, the request on 28 September, the transfer no later than 7 October. That is exactly 30 days from the first sale of the week and 24 from the last.
A separate clause 5.9 gives WB the right to suspend a payout on signs of bad faith: a mismatch between the product card and the goods, abnormal sales growth, a price more than five times above the category average, a link between the customer and the seller. If a payout has stopped with no explanation, the first thing to check is whether the store has hit one of those signs.
How long to wait for the money: the three regimes of 2026
The schedule changed three times over the year, and arguments about delays often compare different regimes. On one scale it looks like this:
- Before March 2026. The report on Monday, the request a week later, the transfer within 5 working days. The money landed on day 9–15 after the end of the week.
- March to July 2026. From the reporting week of 16 to 22 March WB added two weeks of waiting before the request. The cycle grew to 23–29 days, and the accelerated "Withdraw now" option cost 4.3% of the amount, on SelSup data.
- Since 20 July 2026. The scheme was rebuilt: 14 days to approve the report instead of waiting to file a request, and the transfer window grew from 5 to 7 working days. The result is 16–25 days, depending on which day the request goes in and how long WB actually takes over the transfer.
There is a speed-up compared with spring, but a small one, and it disappears if the report arrives on the seventh day instead of on Monday. So far our own reports show that has not happened.
The outer frame appeared on 28 July 2026. FAS announced that WB and Ozon had complied with its warnings of 17 April and synchronised their deadlines: the maximum period for crediting payouts does not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment of sale (Izvestia citing FAS, 2026). That is the line on the right of the chart.
Where to see payouts and the balance in the seller portal
In the WB Partners portal money lives in two places. The balance widget on the home screen shows the amount available for withdrawal and the request button. The "Financial reports" section holds the weekly reports with the "Total payable" column, and "Payment history" shows the status of every request. How to read the report itself column by column, we went through in our article on the weekly Wildberries report.
Over the API the balance comes from GET /api/v1/account/balance with three fields: the currency, the current balance and the amount available for withdrawal (WB documentation, 2026). The current balance can be negative: that is the seller's debt to the platform after deductions, and until sales close it, the amount to withdraw stays at zero. We saw exactly that on a live store with heavy returns, more in our breakdown of the buyout rate.
In Parus Seller this check runs by itself: for every weekly report the service works out the expected payment by the offer agreement formula and compares it with the amount WB actually sent through the bank. Across our sample of 62 reports there was not a single discrepancy.
How to tell that a Wildberries payout is late
A delay the contract allows and an overdue payment are different things, and arguing with support only makes sense in the second case. The order of checks:
- Find the end of the week in the report and add 14 days: before that date there will be no money at all under the offer agreement.
- Find the request date in "Payment history" and count 7 working days, holidays not included. Between September and December 2026 there is one public holiday, 4 November.
- Check whether the current balance has gone negative: then WB owes nothing until sales close the debt.
- Check the signs from clause 5.9 of the offer agreement: blocked product cards, a sharp rise in sales, complaints that the goods do not match the card.
If all four points are clear and there is still no money on the eighth working day, the payment is overdue. Next: a support ticket with the report number, the request date and the amount, then a pre-court claim through the claims section of the portal, citing clause 5.7 of the offer agreement and article 395 of the Russian Civil Code on interest for the use of someone else's money. WB answers a claim within 30 days.
From 1 October 2026 law 289-FZ on the platform economy comes into force: a mandatory contract with a settlement procedure, 45 days' notice of changes that make the terms worse, and pre-court handling of complaints within 15 days (review by 1C:ITS, 2025). That is one more argument for a claim, not a replacement for it.
How much money is frozen in the payout cycle
The real price of a long cycle is not the delay itself but the working capital lying with the platform. It is simple to work out: revenue per day times the length of the cycle.
Working capital tied up = sales per day × days from the sale to money in the account
A store selling 5,000,000 ₽ a month sells around 164,000 ₽ a day. With a 25-day cycle WB is permanently holding about 4,100,000 ₽ of that seller's money, and under the spring cycle of 29 days it was 4,760,000 ₽. The difference between the regimes is 660,000 ₽, one purchase order for an average store. That is why sellers spent the spring calling the new deadlines an interest-free loan to the platform.
Hence the practical advice: plan your purchasing by the payout calendar, not by sales. In our xlsx the "Money no later than" column is already worked out for every week, and all that is left is to lay your supplier payment dates over it. How much of each sale you keep is something the unit economics sheet will help you count.

FAQ
Which day do Wildberries payouts arrive? There is no fixed day. The money comes within 7 working days of your request, and the request can be filed 14 days after the sales week ends. Our data shows the report always comes out on Monday, so the request is usually on a Monday too, and the money arrives by the Wednesday of the following week.
Why is Wildberries delaying payouts to sellers in 2026? Part of those "delays" are the new deadlines in the offer agreement: 14 days to approve the report plus up to 7 working days to transfer. A genuine overdue payment starts on the eighth working day after the request, and since 28 July 2026 the total period has been capped at 30 days from the sale by the FAS order.
Can you get the money sooner? Yes, through the "Withdraw now" service, for a fee. In spring 2026 it cost 4.3% of the amount on SelSup data; check the current rate in the seller portal before you press the button, because in annual terms it works out at more than 100% a year.
What period does a Wildberries payout cover? A calendar week of sales from Monday to Sunday. The report for it arrives the following Monday, 14 days later it counts as approved, and the sum becomes available for withdrawal. One request closes several reports if you have not withdrawn money for two or three weeks.
How often does Wildberries pay sellers? A new report and a new amount available appear once a week, but the money only moves on your request: you press "Withdraw" and WB has seven working days. A seller who files a request every Monday gets money roughly once a week, with a three-week shift from the sales.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount on Wildberries? 500 ₽ under clause 5.7 of the offer agreement. Anything smaller builds up until the next request.
What to do if the balance is negative? That is a debt to WB after deductions: return logistics, penalties, storage. There will be no payouts until new sales close the minus. Look at the line-item detail of the report to see which line pulled the balance down, most often it is returns.
