What is Wildberries fulfilment and what it does for the seller
Fulfilment for Wildberries covers the path of goods from your supplier to a WB warehouse or sorting centre. The operator works in its own warehouse, and for FBS it also stores the stock and assembles every customer order.

How much Wildberries fulfilment costs in 2026
Fulfilment is priced per operation: every line of a price list is a price per unit, box or pallet. On 6 October 2026 we collected the public price lists of 8 operators in Moscow and the Moscow region that publish prices on their websites. The median is 5 ₽ per unit for acceptance, 4.5 ₽ for a barcode label, 10 ₽ for packing in a bag and 6.5 ₽ for a Chestny Znak code.
The spread is wide for two reasons. Most operators quote "from": that is the price for a simple item, while bulky and fragile goods cost more. One operator splits acceptance into three size tiers: 14.85, 20.35 and 24.75 ₽. Operators also split operations differently: in some lists the bag is part of packing, in others it is charged separately.

Check the minimum bill too: one operator charges at least 10,000 ₽ a month, and for a small batch that threshold matters more than the rates.
What it costs to prepare a 500-unit batch through fulfilment
A batch of 500 boxes of 30 × 20 × 10 cm (6 L each) costs 18,950 ₽ at the median prices, or 37.9 ₽ per unit including delivery of two pallets to a WB warehouse in the Moscow region. Taking the lowest rates gives 25.5 ₽, the highest give 79 ₽. The extremes come from different price lists.
A 60 × 40 × 40 cm box holds exactly 16 such items, so you need 32 boxes. A 120 × 80 cm pallet takes 16 boxes in four layers, so the batch fills two pallets. We assumed 1 kg per unit so that a box stays under 25 kg. Pallets and delivery are counted the same way in both options, at the median price: the batch has to reach the warehouse either way.

For goods that need marking, the operator adds 3,250 ₽ for Chestny Znak codes at the median of 6.5 ₽. Storage is not in the calculation: the batch leaves for the WB warehouse within a week, and two of the eight operators store goods free for the first 8 and 14 days. When fulfilment pays off compared with packing yourself
Fulfilment beats your own work when an hour of your time is worth more than the break-even rate. At 2 minutes per unit that is 621 ₽ an hour. At 3 minutes the operator wins from 414 ₽, and at one minute per unit packing yourself pays off up to 1,242 ₽ an hour.
Two minutes per unit means counting, a label, a bag and putting the item into a box without a conveyor. An operator with a steady flow is faster: one of them says seven packers process 5,000 units a day. The bigger the batch, the more the contractor wins.
Value your hour by what an hour of work on product cards and purchasing brings in, not by a packer's wage. FBS is a different calculation: it adds storage of the stock at the operator and the assembly of every order, a median of 10 ₽ for assembly and 30 ₽ for drop-off at the SC. WB partner fulfilment: PFCs and "Fulfilment at the SC"
Wildberries has three services of its own next to fulfilment, and none of them fully replaces an operator. A partner fulfilment centre (PFC) is a WB warehouse in a partner's premises. "Fulfilment at the SC" repacks FBS orders. Paid packing does the same for FBW, but only at some warehouses and in some categories.
According to the WB instruction "Step 1. Creating a shipment" of 29 September 2026, working with a PFC is no different from a regular warehouse. When creating an FBW shipment you pick a point marked "PFC", and the goods are accepted, stored and handed over for delivery there. Barcodes and packing stay with you, and an item the customer did not buy out may go back to the nearest warehouse rather than the PFC. Goods in a PFC can be insured against total loss from terrorist attacks and sabotage, including drone attacks, for 0.01% of the stock value per day: stock worth 100,000 ₽ costs 10 ₽ a day.
"Fulfilment at the SC" is described in clause 13.17 of the offer agreement updated on 1 October 2026. The sorting centre applies WB stickers and adds packaging under the rules of 24 September. You request it with the "Fulfilment SC" button when creating a shipment and can cancel it until the status "In delivery". The portal shows the price per unit when you submit the request, so it is not in our calculation.

If an item is already packed to the rules, the SC only applies stickers and the price stays the same. If you bring fewer items than in the request, the cost goes down proportionally.
How to open a WB fulfilment centre
The owner of premises of 500 m² or more can open a WB partner fulfilment centre. You apply at pfc.wb.ru, WB inspects the premises, and after approval the partner has 30 days to launch. The partner works in WB's software: it accepts, labels, stores and assembles sellers' goods for shipment.
