How many warehouses Wildberries has in 2026: WB does not publish a full list. Its open warehouse file has 199 entries flagged as Wildberries: 64 regular warehouses and sorting centres in Russia, 23 oversize (SGT) warehouses, 19 abroad and 87 "Virtual ..." entries. Large sites such as Elektrostal, Kotovsk and Samara are not flagged in the file. So check the working list for a supply in the seller portal.
People search for «склады вайлдберриз» almost 90 thousand times a month, «сколько складов вб» (how many WB warehouses) over 7 thousand times and «какие склады вб» (which WB warehouses) about 7 thousand. Behind this there is usually a practical question: where to take the goods. Since 15 August 2026 the answer has changed. Under FBW the seller no longer chooses the storage warehouse, they choose a drop-off point, and WB assigns the warehouse. So there are two layers below. First, the warehouse list from the WB file we downloaded on 6 October 2026 and went through entry by entry. Then what actually decides a supply: the drop-off point and the acceptance coefficient on the chosen date.
In short: WB does not publish a full warehouse list. Its open file has 83,994 entries, 199 of them flagged as Wildberries: 64 regular warehouses and sorting centres in Russia, 23 for oversize goods, 19 in seven countries from Belarus to Turkey. Elektrostal, Kotovsk and Samara are not flagged in the file, the working list is in the portal. Since 15 August 2026 under FBW you choose a drop-off point, delivery and storage across Russia run at a unified 170% coefficient, and the cost of a supply is decided by the acceptance coefficient on the date.
How many warehouses Wildberries has and what counts as a warehouse
WB has fewer warehouses than the size of the file suggests. The stores-data.json file sits on a WB server in open access and holds 83,994 entries, but 82,752 of them are seller warehouses working under FBS and DBS. Another 683 entries start with "C2C", and 360 are various service entries. Only 199 entries carry the isWb flag, that is, "Wildberries warehouse".
The largest group among them is entries like "Виртуальный Абакан WB" or "Виртуальный Москва Коледино WB" ("Virtual Abakan", "Virtual Moscow Koledino"): there are 87 of them. WB does not explain what they mean in its public guides, so we leave them out of the warehouse list. We also set aside six more entries: two test ones, two with the prefix "DBC Склад" in Moscow and Omsk, "CrowdStorage Мск" and "ДС МСК Чертановская, 47". Their purpose cannot be established from open sources.
The file has a flip side too. It is not a full list of where goods are stored. Elektrostal, Kotovsk, Utkina Zavod, Samara and Volgograd appear in it only as "seller warehouse ...", "C2C ..." or "Virtual ..." entries, without the WB flag. So the working list for a supply is always in the seller portal, while the file is good as a map of WB's presence.
Which Wildberries warehouses exist in Russia: list by district
In Russia WB has 64 entries for regular warehouses and sorting centres. The densest network is in Moscow and the Moscow region: 21 entries, a third of the total. Next come Siberia with 10 entries, and the Central district outside Moscow and the Volga district with 8 each. Names in the table follow the WB file, without the "WB" suffix.
| District | Warehouses and sorting centres in the WB file | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Moscow and region | Belaya Dacha, Belye Stolby, Veshki, Domodedovo, Domodedovo Shinny, SK Domodedovo-2, Istra, Klin, Koledino, Nikolskoye, Obukhovo, Obukhovo 2, Podolsk, Podolsk 3, Podolsk 4, Pushkino, Radumlya 1, Chashnikovo warehouse, Chekhov, Chekhov 2, Shcherbinka | 21 |
| Central, excl. Moscow | Vladimir, Voronezh, Kaluga, Ryazan region, SK Tver Emmausskoye, Tambov, Tula, Yaroslavl Gromova sorting centre | 8 |

In the file, Kaliningrad is marked with the country code KO rather than RU like the other Russian warehouses. This is an internal WB code, there is no such code in the ISO standard. In the table we count Kaliningrad in the North-Western district, where it is located.
If you add up the regular and oversize warehouses, Moscow and its region account for 31 entries out of 87, that is 36%. The whole Southern and North Caucasus districts have five entries between them, and the Far East also has five. For a seller from Krasnodar or Khabarovsk this means one thing: check the nearest drop-off point in the portal rather than looking for it by name in the list.
Which WB warehouses accept oversize goods (SGT)
Oversize goods are accepted only by warehouses marked SGT, and the WB file has 23 of them. Under the WB guide of 1 September 2026, an item counts as oversize if a box weighs 25 to 100 kg, several strapped boxes weigh 25 to 200 kg, one side of the packaging is 121 to 400 cm, or the sum of three sides is 201 to 1,200 cm. Such an item reaches the customer only by courier.
| District | SGT warehouses in the WB file | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Moscow and region | Golitsyno, Domodedovo-2, Klimovsk, Nikolskoye, Obukhovo, Podolsk 3, Radumlya, Sofrino, Sofyino, Chashnikovo | 10 |
| Central, excl. Moscow | Voronezh, Tver, Yaroslavl | 3 |
| Urals | Yekaterinburg, Yekaterinburg 2, Chelyabinsk | 3 |
| Volga | Kazan, Kuznetsk | 2 |
| North-Western | Krasny Bor (St Petersburg), Shcheglovo | 2 |
| Siberian | Novosibirsk | 1 |
| Far Eastern | Vladivostok | 1 |
| Southern | Krasnodar | 1 |

Under FBS, oversize goods need a separate seller warehouse marked SGT. If you load SGT stock onto a regular warehouse, the WB guide promises a 3,500 ₽ penalty under clause 9.10.1 of the offer agreement. SGT assembly tasks are shipped on a fixed date from the "SGT shipment date" column, a late shipment adds an extra 0.1% commission, and after 120 hours the order is cancelled with a penalty. Returning an oversize item from the warehouse to the seller costs 1,000 ₽ on top of the volume base, as we covered in the logistics article.
Where Wildberries warehouses are abroad
Outside Russia WB has 19 warehouses in seven countries. Five each in Belarus and Kazakhstan, three in Georgia, two each in Armenia and Uzbekistan, and one each in Tajikistan and Turkey. Unlike the Russian ones, foreign warehouses have different coefficients, and in September the WB tariff method returned them warehouse by warehouse.
| Country | Warehouses in the WB file | Delivery coefficient via API as of 07.09.2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Belarus | Minsk, SK Great Stone, Brest sorting centre, Grodno sorting centre, DBC Orsha warehouse | Great Stone 200% |
| Kazakhstan | Almaty Atakent, Aktobe, Astana Karagandinskoye shosse warehouse, Bayserke, Shymkent Asar sorting centre | Atakent 135%, Aktobe and Astana 145% |
| Georgia | SC Tbilisi, SC Tbilisi 2 Bond, Tbilisi 2 | SC Tbilisi and Tbilisi 2 Bond 130% |
| Armenia | Yerevan sorting centre, SK Yerevan | 155% |
| Uzbekistan | Tashkent 1, Tashkent 2 | 100% |
| Tajikistan | Dushanbe sorting centre | no data |
| Turkey | Turkey | no data |
Source: WB file stores-data.json (06.10.2026); coefficients from the live response of the tariff method covered in the Wildberries logistics article
The coefficients in the table come from our breakdown of Wildberries warehouse tariffs and applied on 7 September 2026. In roubles the difference is noticeable. The first litre of delivery from Tashkent costs 46 ₽, from Almaty 62.1 ₽, from any Russian warehouse at the unified coefficient 78.2 ₽, and from Great Stone 92 ₽.
Tariffs change, so before a supply abroad check the coefficient in the Tariffs section of the portal.
How to choose a warehouse for a Wildberries supply
Since 15 August 2026, under FBW you choose not a storage warehouse but a drop-off point and a date. After acceptance WB distributes the goods across its warehouses itself and ships orders to customers from the warehouses nearest to them. The acceptance, delivery and storage coefficients are taken from the drop-off point. Delivery and storage for all Russian warehouses run at a unified 170% coefficient, so the choice of point barely affects them. The acceptance coefficient does.
The acceptance coefficient multiplies 1.7 ₽ per litre for boxes and 500 ₽ per mono-pallet, and it differs for every point on every date. A 1,920 litre supply costs 0 ₽ at ×0 and 32,640 ₽ at ×10. So the same goods are cheaper to bring where and when the coefficient is lower. How to check it and what to do on expensive days is covered in detail in the article on acceptance at WB warehouses.
| What to check | Where to look | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Drop-off point | The list of points at the "Drop-off point" step when creating a supply | WB assigns the storage warehouse, coefficients come from the point |
| Acceptance coefficient on the date | Tariffs → Warehouse tariffs → "Supply tariffs", the supply calendar | From ×0 to ×10: one supply costs from 0 to 32,640 ₽ |
| Item type | WB guide "MGT, KGT+ and SGT" | Oversize goods are accepted only by warehouses marked SGT |
| FBS zone | The warehouse map when creating a seller warehouse | Shipping to another zone: 30% of the order value, at least 100 ₽ |

Under FBS the logic is different. The goods stay with you, and you hand over orders at a sorting centre, pickup point, intake point or partner fulfilment centre in your zone. We described the whole route step by step in the article on Wildberries supplies. And where your goods ended up after acceptance is shown by the stock-by-warehouse report, covered in the article on Wildberries stock.
